Instructions
Prepare the Lobsters: Steam the lobsters until they are cooked. Remove the meat and set aside. Crush the shells and return them to the pot.
Cook the Vegetables: In a skillet, melt the truffle butter and sauté the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery until soft.
Deglaze: Add brandy to the skillet and scrape any browned bits off the bottom.
