Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
While wings are baking, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, cinnamon, ginger, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
