Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked salmon slices
  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon capers drained and chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: extra dill lemon slices

Instructions

  • Prepare the Avocado Mixture: In a bowl, mash the avocados until smooth. Mix in lemon juice, cream cheese, dill, capers, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay out the smoked salmon slices on a cutting board. Spread a thin layer of the avocado mixture over each slice.
  • Roll Them Up: Carefully roll each salmon slice into a tight roll. If necessary, use plastic wrap to help form the rolls and keep them tight.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the rolls for at least 30 minutes to set.
