Ingredients
200gsmoked salmon slices
2ripe avocadospeeled and pitted

1/4cupcream cheesesoftened

Optional garnish: extra dilllemon slices
Instructions
Prepare the Avocado Mixture: In a bowl, mash the avocados until smooth. Mix in lemon juice, cream cheese, dill, capers, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay out the smoked salmon slices on a cutting board. Spread a thin layer of the avocado mixture over each slice.
