Ingredients
1lbground beef80/20 blend
4brioche burger buns
4slicesof sharp cheddar cheese
1/2cuparugula
1medium red onionsliced into rings
2tbspolive oil
Salt and black pepperto taste
1/4cupPresident's Choice® Black Label Truffle Aioli
1tbspbutter

Instructions
Prepare the patties: Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and gently shape into patties, pressing slightly in the center to create an indent. Season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Cook the onions: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and butter, then sauté the onion rings until caramelized, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Cook the patties: Heat the same skillet or a grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, adding a slice of cheddar during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Toast the buns: Lightly toast the brioche buns on the grill or in the skillet.
