1/2cupheavy cream
1teaspoonDijon mustard

250gheart-shaped pasta
Pinchof saffron threads
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Boil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes. Let them cool, then extract the meat and chop it.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
Add white wine and reduce by half. Stir in heavy cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add the chopped lobster meat to the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
Meanwhile, cook the heart-shaped pasta with saffron until al dente.
Serve the lobster Thermidor over the saffron pasta. Garnish with parsley.
