Hot Honey Sauce:

Instructions
Marinate the chicken in buttermilk, salt, and pepper for at least 2 hours or overnight.
In a shallow dish, combine flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or Dutch oven to 350°F.
Dredge the marinated chicken in the seasoned flour, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
Fry chicken in batches, turning occasionally, for 12-15 minutes or until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, butter, and red pepper flakes. Heat over low until melted and smooth.
Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the fried chicken or serve on the side.
