Ingredients

  • 10 cups popped popcorn about ½ cup unpopped kernels
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Optional: ¼ cup dried cranberries or chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Spice Mixture: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth and fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  • Coat the Popcorn: Drizzle the spiced butter mixture evenly over the popcorn. Toss gently to coat. If using, sprinkle dried cranberries or chopped pecans for extra holiday flair.
  • Serve: Spread the coated popcorn onto a baking sheet to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
