A fantastic no-bake option, this tiramisu is easy to prepare ahead of time, so it’s perfect for holiday gatherings or family dinners. The coffee liqueur adds a subtle depth, but it’s optional for those preferring a non-alcoholic version. Topped with a dusting of cocoa powder and a sprinkle of crystallized ginger, this dessert not only tastes divine but also looks stunning on any Christmas dessert table.
Make the gingerbread soak: In a shallow bowl, combine coffee, coffee liqueur, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir well.
Prepare the mascarpone cream: In a mixing bowl, beat mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, ginger, and cinnamon until smooth and thick.
Assemble the tiramisu: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the gingerbread soak and arrange a layer in an 8x8-inch dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with crystallized ginger or grated chocolate if desired.
