Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup dry red wine optional for alcoholic version
  • 1/4 cup brandy optional for alcoholic version
  • 1/4 cup sugar optional, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils optional
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and sparkling water. Stir well.
  • If making an alcoholic version, mix in red wine, brandy, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Add cranberries, orange slices, lime slices, and pomegranate arils to the mixture.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
  • Before serving, add ice cubes and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
