Ingredients

  • 1 package 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 block 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Crackers or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse the cranberries until coarsely chopped.
  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in sugar, cilantro, jalapeño, red onion, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
  • Let the salsa sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Place the cream cheese block on a serving plate. Spoon the cranberry salsa over the top.
  • Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
