Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup or honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
