  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup fresh papaya thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh arugula
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red chili flakes for a hint of spice
