Eggnog Snickerdoodle Cookies

- Cookies:
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup eggnog
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, eggnog, and vanilla, mixing until combined.
