Ingredients
- 1 lb 450g ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro optional, for garnish
- Tortilla chips optional, for serving
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
