Ingredients

  • 1 lb 450g ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro optional, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips optional, for serving

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Season the Beef: Add taco seasoning and a splash of water to the beef, stirring until evenly coated. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
